Not many of us have had the chance to learn about mental health in an upfront, non-stereotypical way. Workshops are a way to offer a deeper understanding of mental health and why it helps to acknowledge it instead of avoiding it.
Our workshops can be held for student-athletes, athletic staff, teams, and parents. All workshops vary in price depending on the amount of information included and the chosen length of time.
Workshops often range from 1 hour to 6 hours.
*Workshops longer than 3 hours are typically separated into more than one day.
