This 1-on-1 session is built for individual transitioning athletes.
Individual sessions will look differently than portrayed on television and movies. Transitioning to life after sport comes with various challenges, and our goal is to provide an interactive, collaborative approach that meets your needs. Sessions may include the opportunity to use familiar exercises from our athletic background as a way to promote the mind-body connection to help fuel change.
Whether the transition is occurring due to personal transition, injury, burnout, or another experience, we can work together to use our skills from athletics as a platform to find what’s next.
